I was born in Tunis, Tunisia, an Arab Muslim country, the country where the “Arab spring” first started and then spread where it was transformed into the “Islamic winter”.
I am an international lawyer with specialization in international law, international economic relations, human rights and international criminal law.
I sustained my doctorate in the law of international organizations and international economic relations at the university of the Sorbonne-pantheon in 1985. I am also a graduate from NYU (Master of Comparative Jurisprudence – 1974).
I practiced law in Paris for 28 years and since 1993, I am also a lawyer in Israel.
It took me 13 years to do the research in order to write this book. This is not my first book. I wrote a book in French, the Arafat case (Le Dossier Arafat), published in 2004 and another one in both French and English with my wife, Dr. Karin Calvo Goller, on the SALT Agreements, Content – Application – Verification, published in 1986.
I worked for the legal defense of Jews and non-Jews in the Soviet Union from 1980 to 1987 and learned how soviet propaganda works. I filed legal cases at UNESCO in the name of Nobel Prize winners and was in contact with diplomats.
I worked with a Belgian and French lawyer on a legal complaint filed in Belgium and in France, against Yasser Arafat and his accomplices in the defense of victims of terrorism. In France there is an investigating judge.
Being an international and human rights lawyer, with a sound knowledge of international criminal law and international relations, history and religions, being a Jew who has lived in Tunisia, in Paris, New York and Jerusalem, it was natural, even obligatory, to write this book.
My book is suitable for anyone above the age of 18. It is also a multimedia book. Beyond reading it, one can see and hear videos on a smart phone through the internet, such as YouTube/Vimeo after loading a free QR code application.
Several books have been written on the Middle East conflict. What is special about my book is that it analyzes the various components of the Middle East conflict from its historic, biblical, koranic, legal and political aspects.
The book also contains wider perspectives on the Israeli-Palestinian-Arab-Muslim conflict, and the Muslim worldview based on koranic verses, on the status, rights and duties of non-Muslims in Muslim societies.
My book is the first book that deals with the question why the Middle East seems unable to achieve peace, and how the war against the Jews has been extended worldwide.
In short, my goal was to raise the question but to answer it as well – Why there is no peace in the Middle East? In spite of the active involvement of the U.S and other major players, and why Pope Francis has stated that the world has already entered World War III.
Today the world is facing terror attacks that Israel has endured since the 1993 Oslo agreement (suicide bombing attacks, shootings, stabbings, car rammings) under the same battle cry of “Allahu Akbar” (G.od is great).
One reviewer has stated that my book is the most comprehensive book on the Islamic war against Israel and against free people everywhere.
Colonel Richard Kemp has written the foreword for the book. Colonel Kemp is a retired British army officer who commanded British forces in Afghanistan and headed the international terrorism intelligence team in the British prime minister’s office.
According to Colonel Kemp, this book “should be read by all political leaders, academics, journalists, students and anyone who wants to understand why there is no peace and what may happen.”
My book can be offered as a gift. The paperback version costs 35.99 us $. The kindle costs 30 us $. You can buy it on amazon and from other distributors on the internet.
